Influx of visitors that exceeded expectations -given the economic crisis- was recorded in the 3rd edition of the international exhibition “DOMICATEC - Building & Renovation" that was held in the exhibition center “Metropolitan Expo” from 18 to 21 April.

The visitors showed an intense interest especially for materials and systems that provide energy and cost saving, such as insulation interventions in homes and business premises (new frames, double glazing, insulation investments etc), for eco-friendly building materials (such as ecological paints, adhesives, investments etc.) and for any kind of prefabrication.

Moreover, its co-location -for the first time- with the exhibitions “Ecotec” and “Hellenic Aluminium” was deemed successful offering the public a more comprehensive picture of the solutions is looking for.

In the context of the exhibition the Decorators Union of Central Greece (E.DI.K.E.) organized a conference during which the Prize Conferment Ceremony of the 2nd Panhellenic Contest was held.

“DOMICATEC - Building & Renovation" is annual, organized by “T Expo” under the auspices of the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Climate Change and supported by the Central Union of the Chambers of Greece and the Hellenic-Chinese Chamber.
